What we do
We are a conservatory roof panel specialist. We take off the old polycarbonate sheets or glass units, and fit made to measure insulated conservatory roof panels into your existing frame. Each panel has two aluminium skins bonded to a 75 mm foam core, with a U-value of about 0.43 W/m²K against about 2.3 for 16 mm polycarbonate.
The result is a room that holds its heat in winter, stays out of direct sun in summer and goes quiet when it rains. Most roofs are fitted in one to three days, with the old roof taken away and recycled.
Why we only fit panel roofs
Doing one thing means our surveyors see the same kinds of frames, bars and junctions every week. They know what a sound frame looks like and what a tired one looks like, and the fitting teams know every trim and seal on the system by heart. Because every survey follows the same checks, your written quote usually follows within a few days.
It also keeps us honest. We are not trying to sell you a bigger job than you need. If your frame is too far gone for any new roof, the right answer is a full replacement roof with a new frame, which we do not do, and we will tell you so at the survey.

How we price
We publish our prices on this site, so you know the range before anyone visits. A small roof starts from £3,000, a medium roof from £4,000 and a large or P-shaped roof from £5,000, and most homes pay £3,000 to £7,500. Every price includes removing the old roof, panels in your colour, fitting, the building control application and our 10 year insurance backed guarantee.
Your final price comes from a free survey, and it is written down with every item on its own line. The price you accept is the price you pay, unless you change the order. You can check any quote against our published price guide.
What we will not do
A lot of people come to us after a bad experience with a sales visit. These are the things we have ruled out, and you can hold us to them.
- No pressure selling: our surveyors measure, check and advise. They do not sit in your living room for three hours or ring the office for a special price.
- No "today only" discounts: the price on your quote does not drop if you sign on the night, and it does not go up if you take a week to decide.
- No deposit before the survey: you pay nothing until you have seen the roof measured, the frame checked and the price in writing.
- No promises we cannot keep: we will not tell you a roof needs no building control approval when it does, or that a frame is fine when it is not.
